By Rail: Figueres is the nearest railway station, approx 15 km from Empuriabrava. Express rail journey from Barcelona takes approx 1 hour 40 minutes. Fast and frequent buses operate between the airport and Barcelona Sants mainline railway station. Taxi from Figueres approximately 30 euros each way.
