Pool Heating - April £50 per week, May & October £40 per week, June & September £30 per week (not required in July and August) 25% Deposit required, the remainder is payable 8 weeks before start of holiday. Damage deposit £500, fully refundable if the house is left in the same condition as found with no damage or breakages. Saturday to Saturday bookings only from 1st May - 31st October. End of stay cleaning £150, Bed linen £8 pp, Bath towel/hand towel/pool towel £8 pp. Mid stay clean / change of linen would incur additional charges.
