the whole property not person in UK pounds sterling. Please note we do not
accept pets into any of our properties. Pool Heating - April £50 per week, May & October £40 per week, June & September £30 per week (not required in July and August) 25% Deposit required, the remainder is payable 8 weeks before start of holiday. Damage deposit £400, fully refundable if the house is left in the same condition as found with no damage or breakages. Saturday to Saturday bookings only from 10th July - 31st October. End of stay cleaning £120, Bed linen £8 pp, Bath towel/hand towel/pool towel £8 pp. Mid stay clean / change of linen would incur additional charges. Baby Package : Travel Cot with insect net, High Chair, Baby Bath, Bouncing Cradle, Microwave Sterilising Unit, Changing Mat, Baby Listening Device, Nightlight £40 Toddler Package : Travel Cot or Bed Guard, High Chair, Baby Bath, Listening Device, Nightlight, Changing Mat, Safety Gate, Potty, Toys & DVD's £40 Airport transfers from 40 euros pp return (Girona), baby & toddler seats available, please enquire for prices and airport options. Air Conditioning costs not included. Winter Heating costs not included. Long term lets available September - June, minimum 4 weeks rental, 25% discount, electricity / oil / gas charged at cost.
