The Palm tree offers a grassy shaded area which is ideal for small children to play out of the sun, and additional terraces are available that are in the sun for the whole day for sunbathing. 8 sunbeds are provided.

The ground floor has 2 bedrooms that share a bathroom. A Double and a twin both with fitted wardrobes. An air conditioning unit is situated in the corridor between the bedrooms and serves both bedrooms.

The 1st floor is accessed via an external staircase (there are no internal stairs) and has 2 bedrooms, a double and a bedroom that sleeps 3 with full size bunk beds plus an additional single bed, both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and air conditioning. There is also a kitchen area, bathroom and small terrace with table and chairs.

The 5th bedroom is on the ground floor and has a large double bed, ample storage with wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside tables, air conditioning unit, and superb en-suite bathroom with walk in shower. This bedroom is also accessed externally.

The washing machine is located in the outhouse at the side of the building.

There is off road parking for 2 or 3 cars, and ample parking on the road adjacent to the villa. All parking in Empuriabrava is free of charge.
