25% Deposit required, the remainder is payable 8 weeks before start of holiday.

Damage deposit £400, fully refundable if the house is left in the same condition as found with no damage or breakages.

Mid stay clean / change of linen would incur additional charges.

Airport transfers from 40 euros pp return (Girona), baby & toddler seats available, please enquire for prices and airport options.

Winter Heating / Electricity costs not included.

Discounted long term lets available September - June, minimum 4 weeks rental, electricity / oil / gas charged at cost.
