the whole property not person in UK pounds sterling. Please note we do not
accept pets into any of our properties. Pool Heating - April £50 per week, May & October £40 per week, June & September £30 per week (not required in July and August) 25% Deposit required, the remainder is payable 8 weeks before start of holiday. Damage deposit £300, fully refundable if the house is left in the same condition as found with no damage or breakages. Sunday to Sunday bookings only in July and August. End of stay cleaning £100, Bed linen £8 pp, Bath towel/hand towel/pool towel £8 pp. Mid stay clean / change of linen would incur additional charges. Baby Package : Travel Cot with insect net, High Chair, Baby Bath, Bouncing Cradle, Microwave Sterilising Unit, Changing Mat, Baby Listening Device, Nightlight £40 Toddler Package : Travel Cot or Bed Guard, High Chair, Baby Bath, Listening Device, Nightlight, Changing Mat, Safety Gate, Potty, Toys & DVD's £40 Airport transfers from 35 euros pp return (Girona), please enquire for prices and airport options.
